Stericycle BBP Training Module
Partnering with the compliance and learning teams, I developed an interactive, training experience entirely in-house; complete with animation and interactivity under a tight two-month deadline and very strict budget. This project became one of my favorites, as it combined design, animation, project management, and budgeting to deliver a high-quality solution that met stakeholder expectations and avoided vendor costs.
I first, it was important to work with the stakeholder to ensure all the copy was approved by legal and regulatory. This process was quite extensive and took several rounds of edits. Once the copy was completed, we then used AI to generate a voiceover track. This was my first time using AI to generate voiceover and I think it did an incredible job.

After the voiceover was approved, I use this to help generate storyboards. That would ultimately be animated using after effects and premiere Pro. The storyboard review process was very important because creating visuals for a training module of this nature needs to be regulatory compliant.
Once receiving regulatory and legal approval of the storyboards, I could then take the static assets and voice over and create the animations. This training module was created to be like a video, except interactive elements were added at the SCORM development stage.
When the animations were approved, I worked closely with SCORM development teams, internally and externally, to program the training module. It was crucial to be very descriptive and detail orientated during the stage to ensure the programmers accurately created the training and all content was incorporated into the training.
After the SCORM was created, the team tested the training module, and it went live through our activation plan. I developed a teaser video for this to help draw attention to the new training.
