Stericycle CsRx Product Line
Stericycle’s CsRx® Controlled Substance Disposal Service helps hospitals and healthcare facilities safely and securely dispose of leftover medications. It prevents drug misuse and protects the environment by using tamper-proof containers that deactivate controlled substances before they’re destroyed.
I took a complex, compliance-heavy program and made it easy for customers to understand.
I did this by creating posters and instructional guides and animating educational videos.
I developed and maintained product labels and packaging that adhered to strict regulatory
and legal standards set by Stericycle, the USPS, and U.S. and Canadian government agencies.
I managed the creative development and activation of customer subscription training modules by
art directing and mentoring designers and developers, designing, project managing and animating.
I conducted photo shoots and developed detailed animated instructional guides to activate the product line in across all communication channels and business units.
