fast turns and quality control and consistency across every store tier.

PROJECT SNAPSHOT:

CHALLENGE:

  • High volume SKU and size variation across small
    and large format stores.

  • Complicated dielines and image retouching 

  • Rapid price and offer changes late in the schedule.

  • Strict color and typography standards with multi
    vendor production.

  • Bilingual needs for Puerto Rico stores with identical layout integrity.

APPROACH:

  • Audited the style guide and store concept guide.

  • Broke signs up into template families to expedite production process.

  • Maintained approved typography styles.

  • Matched and synced the approved color palette with print targets and proof checkpoints, then validated across vendors.

  • Automated repetitive versioning for pricing and copy.

  • Preflighted, packaged, and named files to a strict convention so handoff and reorders were seamless.

  • Supported press checks and reviews to lock in quality before full run.

OUTCOME:

On time seasonal reset with clean execution across regions. Fast turns taking pressure off the team. Fewer vendor color corrections and fewer reprints. Signage engine that kept stores on schedule and the brand consistent.
