I supported a fast-turn video project for Newmar, via Element Three, focused on extending existing campaign assets into multiple formats for broader use. The ask was simple on the surface. Take pre-built videos and adapt them into 30 second versions across 16:9, vertical, and square formats. The reality required a lot more precision to make everything feel intentional, smooth, and on-brand.
The original assets needed to be extended from 15 seconds to 30 seconds without feeling artificially stretched or slowed down. Timing, pacing, and transitions had to feel natural across all formats, especially as the content was adapted for different placements.



I jumped in quickly auditing the raw files, identified missing assets and organized everything into a working system. From there, I rebuilt and extended the audio and video clips using AI in Premiere Pro with a focus on pacing and flow, making sure the added time felt intentional rather than forced.



The final videos delivered a clean, consistent viewing experience across all formats without sacrificing pacing or quality. The team was able to move quickly from review to approval, and the assets were ready for immediate use across campaign channels.
